Helping You Navigate A Changing Sense of Self | Therapy in Virginia & New Jersey
You Matter Here
The human experience is full of contrasts—joy and exhaustion, love and loss, progress and pause. Each moment shapes the next; each season teaches us something new. Through therapy, we’ll explore your experience together, making space for you find clarity, meaning, and a way forward that fits who you are and how you want to live.
Your Peace Matters

You'll Commit to Yourself
Caring for your peace, your wellbeing, and your joy is sacred work — and I’m here to help you do it. You’ve lived through both hard and hopeful seasons, and each one has shaped who you are.
I listen for the stories that live within you — the moments of courage, vulnerability, and survival that reveal your strength. Together, we’ll focus on nurturing your wellness through rest, reflection, and personal discovery, practices you can return to again and again as you learn to care for every part of yourself.
You'll Get to Feel Better
In therapy, you'll explore ways to...
-
Find steady ground when life feels overwhelming
-
Manage chronic stress
-
Identify and set boundaries without guilt
-
Navigate life transitions with confidence
-
Heal and make peace with grief and past trauma

I'll Be By Your Side
As a licensed professional counselor, I believe healing begins in relationship. I have walked with people as they’ve navigated overwhelm, transition, and uncertainty, helping them find peace, purpose, and perspective in their own stories.
In our work together, you’ll have space to be honest about what’s been heavy and to explore what healing might look like for you. This includes the complex inner work that comes with chronic illness, neurodivergence, or the quiet adjustments that life, the body and mind ask of us over time. I’ll walk beside you as you untangle the patterns that no longer serve you and begin to build a life that feels grounded, balanced, and true to who you are.
